THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!: I specialize in detoxification and consider this hazardous. It might have been ok 50 years ago, but we are all now loaded with toxins. When you do this fast many toxins will be released & without supporting your liver with proper nutrients you may get really sick. You need more nutrients than green tea can provide. Consider using an organic greens/superfood powder for better results. See comment:.

Probably a pound or: 2. Also very unhealthy to 4 day fast on the items you have chosen to drink. Would recommend constant 1200 cal diet with lots of vegetables and fruit,salads to lose weight.

Head aches: Not sure if the excess water intake caused you head ache or maybe something you stopped eating/drinking. For example, sometime, when people diet and cut out soda with caffeine, they get head aches. Caffeine may not only cause headaches, but can also be a treatment for them etc. So play detective and slowly decrease food groups as opposed to stopping them abruptly. See doc if the HA continues.
