CHRONIC DIARRHEA....: Most of the diarrhea are viral origin, no blood in stool, not much cramp or fever, resolves by an week or so. If longer, your child need to have an exam, test to find out the cause. Check with the child's pediatrician. That's a new one!: Haven't heard of this as a result of paleo diet. Most women of course would be delighted to not have to cope with hunger! But satiety, yes, you need to have that. I put up a checklist on maintaining weight, primarily just eating what you want and stopping as soon as you are full. You may have to put yourself on a regular diet to remind yourself to eat, with calories determined by BMI status.
