Refers to all the physical matter humans (like all living creatures) must take in on a recurring basis; only partially for energy. Like all life on planet humans are open systems which keep tearing down their structure & require intake of atoms/molecules from which to rebuild their structure. Depends: Eggs can be part of a healthy diet, in moderation, some fat in diet increases satiety. Many good diets out there all with pros and cons. Good balance of fruits, veggies, lean protiens and whole grains, avoid "simple sugars" such as candy and soda and "white starches". Many on a low carb diet see improvement in there harmful cholesterol and lipids profile. Mindfulness and moderation go a long way. ...Read more
I am currently on the dukan diet and I am eating two hard boiled eggs every day. Is it bad for my health?
Can you tell me if apart from the regular diet, I am only eating two eggs and milk every day. Is that enough?
What is your diet.?: If you eat " regular diet" What is it? 2 eggs and milk may count for protein but better to have more variety. Vegetables, beans, yogurt, cheese, almond milk- good sources of nutrients. You may skip egg yolk for daily use. Cows milk in adults not best in large amount. Don't forget fish, avoid wheat. Drink plenty water and exercise regularly. Eat to feel good and be healthy. ...Read more

Will having 6 eggs (4 yolks) per day cause kidney problems? I workout. 6 days per week vigorous. I do have a 3000 calorie. Well balanced. Diet
NO: I know of no evidence that eating a lot of eggs will cause kidney problems. In someone who already has kidney failure a low-protein diet is advisable to prevent progression of the disease, but high protein should not cause problems in someone with healthy kidneys. However, I strongly advise that you (and everyone) eat only organic eggs; otherwise it is likely from chickens fed gmo corn &/or soy. ...Read more

Normal: Urine ph ranges from 4.5--8.High urine ph indicates that urine is alkaline, which is normal with the intake of vegetables, dairy ad citrus fruits. My husband feels nauseous all day every day and has no appetite.....Eating used to be a favorite thing. He is 74 years old, not overweight, eats a vegetarian diet including lots of fruit and eggs. He exercises and uses marijuana to help with the nausea. H
Needs medical eval.: Nausea and decreased appetite can be symptoms of many underlying disorders, both physical and emotional. Your husband needs a complete evaluation with medical history, physical examination and probably screening laboratory tests. If nothing physical is found, exploration of mental health issues should be done as well, since depression/anxiety can do this. Pot may be part of problem as well. ...Read more

Yes: If you're being treated for "high cholesterol", diet can be helpful. If you love cholesterol-rich eggs, it's still you choice. About 90% of what you read online, and some advice you may get from physicians, is sub-scientific. Staying physically fit is at least as important as food choices to managing cholesterol and coronary risk. If you truly need medication, don't hesitate. Best wishes. ...Read more
I'm seven months pregnant have been eating three eggs a day every morning for about two months is this bad and why or why not?
Good nutrition but..: Eggs are an excellent source of nutrition containing protein & many vitamins & minerals that are good building blocks for your baby. While eggs do contain cholesterol, eating eggs does not necessarily raise your cholesterol levels. However, I strongly recommend that you eat organic eggs, which are widely available & affordable-otherwise they are from chickens feed gmo corn & soy which I would avoid! ...Read more

You need variety...: Fresh fruits and veggies are good in general because they provide some good vitamins/nutrition, but as human we cannot digest cellulose--the main component in veggies/fruits, which the cows/horse can. They can turn grass/hays into proteins/meats, we cannot. A variety of food types is recommended--see the pyramid for example. Consult your doc/nutritionist. Live well, melani6. Is there any vegterian diet that its egg free, my blood sign is B+ and I am 96kg my height is 186cm iam already using a diet called Gm Motors diet?
Vegan diets are egg-free. However, you can add dairy to a vegan diet to have an egg-free vegetarian diet. However, having a B+ blood type is no reason to avoid eggs. I question the validity of the Blood Type diet, but according to it, eggs help Type B's lose weight. I do NOT recommend the GM diet- see http://www. Livestrong.
