I want to gain weight. The problem is that i eat 3 times a day and am a vegetarian. Please suggest some things i shall include in my diet.

I'm a vegetarian, I do 30 minutes of high intensity intervals, my diet is healthy and sleep well. If I take 3 grams of creatine per day, I'll get fat?

Is it normal to have high albumin levels even if you drink a gallon of water a day and are on a vegetarian diet?
Unlikely: A serum albumin test measures the amount of protein in the clear liquid portion of your blood. Albumin is a protein made by the liver; the test is often used to evaluate liver function, nutritional status and other conditions. My phy exam urine pH is 8.5.My diet is largely vegetarian other than one egg, yogurt, some fish/1-1.5 oz/day of meat. Do i need to take any measure?
