What did your OB doc: Say your OB doc shoudl ahve given you very specific instructions and what to look out for , you should not be asking this ? Here because you should already know what to do, your doc should be following you closely with ultrasounds and I am sure they did a fetal fibronection and beta strep culture and u need to rest absolutely nothing in your vagina, no intercourse, and u may need im progerste. ...Read more

Don't panic ...: The main things you want to avoid are food-borne illnesses (ie, undercooked foods). Caesar salad dressing is made with eggs as I recall (ie, undercooked eggs can carry salmonella). But no need to panic, if it was a commercial preparation - there's a very low risk. You'll generally know if you have a salmonella infection pretty quickly (within a day or 2). Call you OB MD: Contact your treating OB MD and tell him your question. Sometimes baby sleep is the source of the non activity, however your OB MD will be able to determine the status with a non stress test if needed. ...Read more
