At 27 weeks pregnancy i had a blood test for rhesus c. They found cold antibodies. They say this can do no harm to my baby, but what does it mean for me?
Basically nothing: It may perhaps be a bit trickier finding the best donor blood should you need a transfusion, but there's enough c-negative blood available. Consider autologous donation should you be planning surgery -- always a good idea in any case. Congratulations on your upcoming delivery, and best wishes. ...Read more

Im 27 weeks pregnant and still smoke, tried to give up but no willpower, not allowed any substitutes, realistically what damage am i doing to babies?
Please discuss with: Your ob, smoking can cause iugr, can lead to certain long term fetal problems and can also sometimes lead to placental abruption which is a bad emergency where the placental separates before term and an emergency c-section needs to be done and sometimes it is not done in time which could lead to CP or fetal death, smoking is very bad when u are pregnant. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

I am 27 weeks pregnant. I do not feel the baby move consistently and definitely not 10 times an hour like I've read. Is this cause for concern?
Fetal kick counts: Fetal movement is one of the only ways to determine fetal well-being in between your prenatal visits. Babies move in cycles. They are not active all the time. I recommend kick counts starting at 28 wks. ...Read more
Iam 27 weeks pregnant and i feel my baby everyday but sometimes more sometimes less.So i want to know what is normal at this stage.
Comletely normal: I am not as active one day to the next. Also, depending on how the baby is positioned one day to next, you may feel them a lot one day, and barely notice the next, especially at your stage. As you get another 6 weeks along, then they are big enough that every move is felt, so enjoy these mild reprieves for now. When at your next OB appointment, talk to him/her about fetal movement counts. ...Read more
