Multiple meds safe?: U mention that ur doc did prescribe all of the meds you've been instructed to take, so s/he knows of each med ur taking, and must feel that adding the newest med - wellbutrin, (bupropion) is both safe & in ur best interest. Bipolar(controlled -lamictal, carbamazepine), anxiety-semi-under control (lorazepam, temazepam, cymbalta) and ADD problematic- considering Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) ?
So much medication: It might be necessary to take some drugs but I question the risks already and adding the new one is especially bad w/ cymbalta (duloxetine). It can cause severe anxiety! Also serotonin syndrome. Almost all of your meds combine to cause a host of symptoms like dizziness, confusion and general impairment. Please consider a good psych eval and adding good psychotherapy to lower need for Rx and help them work! ...Read more
Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) and Diazepam: Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) can cause anger issues by triggering mania or hypomania. Diazepam can cause anger issues by its disinhibiting properties in the frontal lobes. Buspar does not have this effect and neither does seroquel. Seroquel if anything has an anti-anger effect. Buspirone lessens anger by knocking out anxious irritability. Best wishes and have a happy new year. ...Read more

Yes: Many antidepressants can cause constipation, and unless something else has changed at the same time that you started the paxil, (paroxetine) it might be the cause. We recommend increasing fluid intake, dietary fiber intake (fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grain products); and if that's not enough, a fiber supplement and stool softener, laxatives should be a last resort. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Take 2.5mg zyprexa to slow racing OCD thoughts . Also 50mg pristiq (desvenlafaxine). Sedation side effects (sleep 10.5 hours). I exercise and watch diet. Risks?
