GERD?: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd) may complicate pregnancy and present with symptoms similar to morning sickness. Try avoiding spicy and fatty/fried foods or chocolate/tomatoes, consider taking Reglan 10 mg with each meal (up to 4 times daily), along with prilosec/nexium/prevacid/aciphex and talk to your obstetrician.
