Hello: You were on a fairly low dose. I wonder if this is related completely to stopping Amitriptyline or if you might also have morning sickness. Please discuss w your obstetrician. In the mean time, a simple way to reduce sxs is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep at least 5 min. ...Read more

Elavil (amitriptyline) and PVCs: Hi, Amitriptyline definitely can increase the risk of Ventricular Arrhythmia including PVCs although it's very rare, also Amitriptyline increases the risk of QT prolongation which increases the risk of Arrhythmia, I would suggest to get off Amitriptyline and monitor ur symptoms, if you don't get any PVCs anymore then it's Amitriptyline causing your problems, stay away from Caffein. ...Read more
