24 weeks pregnant, feeling like im going to passout, K level 3.2, nausea, left arm hurts and feels as if it wants to go numb. Should I be concerned?

Merits an evaluation: It is important to determine the cause of a low potassium level and the nausea and near-fainting needs an examination, including a check of blood pressure sitting and standing; all symptoms warrant a thorough history and physical exam.

I'm 24 weeks 1 day with first viable pregnancy. I'm feeling this intense pressure / pain in my rear and comes and goes towards my front. Normal?

PG nerve pressure: Your pregnancy is putting pressure on ALL your pelvic structures most notably the nerves, intestines and bladder. If your OB MD has not determined it to be a problem with your pregnancy by exam/ultrasound then it is normal.

Dr at what time we need to start baby kicks count in pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks right now feeling baby almost all time near right side of belly button?

Dr at what time we need to start baby kicks count in pregnancy? I'm 24 weeks right now feeling baby almost all time near right side of belly button?

This is pass/fail: Baby kick counting is a pass/fail measure to alert you ONLY when there is a diminishment or absence to then notify your OB MD. Otherwise, you will need a computer to monitor ALL of the movements which is just not practical and you would have little time to engage in that thing called "life".

I am 24 weeks pregnant and feeling fetal movements daily. But I want to know how much baby movement to be felt normally at this stage?

Any movement is ok: Movement at 24 weeks is normal, without counting. At 28 weeks, I would want at least 15 movements per day in general.

24 weeks pregnant, is it common to feel a scratch-like feeling from the inside of belly? I've also felt it before ovulation - like a scrape. What is it?

24 weeks pregnant, is it common to feel a scratch-like feeling from the inside of belly? I've also felt it before ovulation - like a scrape. What is it?

Fetal movement: Perhaps you are starting to feel the baby move. You may also be sensing the uterus irritating the lining of your abdomen called the peritoneum. That could also happen with ovulation. For more info www. Askyourgynecologist. Org.

Should be OK: Rest, hydrate. Avoid getting upright from sitting/lying positions too quickly. Eat small but frequent meals. Glucola testing should be in order. Check for anemia if symptoms persist/frequent.

I am pregnant 32 weeks and since my 2nd trimester I have had a grinding and popping feeling in my pelvic area mostly hips. What is wrong?

I am pregnant 32 weeks and since my 2nd trimester I have had a grinding and popping feeling in my pelvic area mostly hips. What is wrong?

Probably minor: Pregnancy causes your joints to loosen and stretch a little bit. That, combined with increased weight and a change in your center of gravity may be affecting your hips and giving you these symptoms. Be sure to discuss this with your obstetrician.

26 wks pregnant feeling short of breath for days sitting or laying down doesn't help too much but standing is less preassure on my upprr tummy = (?

Shortness of breath: Depending on fetal position the diaphragm can be compressed during pregnancy leading to shortness of breath. Usually the symptoms are better when standing. If your symptoms worsen or continue you should see your obstetrician

I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins and am feeling a lot of preasure on my pelvis does that mean I will go into labour soon?

I am 35 weeks pregnant with twins and am feeling a lot of preasure on my pelvis does that mean I will go into labour soon?

Probably not.: You say you are 35 weeks pregnant with twins. Not only are you close to term, but you have twins! That is a lot of weight on your pelvis, which will put a lot of pressure on it. You may go into labor, but it is not certain. Unless other symptoms and signs occur, like contractions and pains, this, by itself is not enough. However, see your doctor if you have pain to be sure and for check-up.

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I cant walk far at all without being in agony with very painful stitch like feelings and have to stop why is this?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I cant walk far at all without being in agony with very painful stitch like feelings and have to stop why is this?

Pregnancy discomfort: As the uterus increases in size, various tissues and ligaments around the uterus stretch and pull. Progesterone hormone causes softening of the ligaments so the pelvis can stretch open more easily. Pain from this can be terrible and impact a woman's life. Sometimes we will have women fit with special support braces to relieve the pain and discomfort. Talk to your OB about this.

My wife is not feeling well, she is 5th month pregnent, blood presure is 85/55, pluse is 80. What I've to do?

Let her OB know: If she is known with a low blood pressure, the numbers are probably normal. The question is still why she is not feeling well. Best will be to let her obstetrician know.

Can I watch scary movies while pregnant, I've heard it's not recommended. I'm currently 24 weeks?

Probably correct: Scary experiences by a pregnant woman & by anyone, is probably counterproductive. Pregnant mother's thoughts likely arouse physiological responses to fear & high tides of hormones not conducive to feelings of comfort and joy; for mother or child. One of the secrets of life is that our thoughts generate our reality. Seek love and avoid fear (fearful thoughts).

24 weeks pregnant...And small spotted?

Call your OB: If you had intercourse that can cause it but if u were my pt I would check u and do an ultrasound and also check the cervical length to make sure the cervix is not trying to thin out or dilate prematurely.
