The 2 tests we'd order are to check thyroid function and prolactin level. If overweight, ovulation ; cycle length will improve if a woman loses weight. Issues: It could be a variety of things including just not having sex when you are ovulating. You can get ovulation prediction kits to help with that. Low sperm count could be an issue. You might need some blood work done too. ...Read more

Confusing: You may you have light blood flow but no period. Most likely the blood flow is your period if this is the time for it and it coincides with your PMS symptoms. IF you would like better cycle control or help with PMS consider going on one of the many birth control methods available. ...Read more

Yes and yes: Infertility is defined as 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse without conceiving--you should start a workup for infertility. You can dramatically improve your chances of conceiving just by losing 5-10% of your weight. It is good that your cycles are regular, but i would see an ob/gyn.
