Actually, 50 to 60: Grams of carbs daily is already pretty low. The problem with going too low on carbs is it makes a diet really hard to stick to and you can feel fatigued/brain fog with too few calories and carbs. A good formula is: calories=12X body weight in lbs; protein=1 gm/lb; carbs=0.9-1.25 gm/lb; fat=the remainder of calories. 1 kg/2 lbs per week is a little fast.
