Is 80 grams of monounsaturated fat and 17.5 grams of polyunsaturated fat per day too much? I eat 2500 calories per day.
Difficult: Official guidance is 20-35% of calories from fat and each 1g fat is 9 calories so probably around 55-95g fat per day. https://medlineplus.gov/ency/patientinstructions/000747.htm Main fat to reduce is saturated fat. Is a weight loss goal of only 1/3 of a pound per week too insignificant? deficit of only 200 calories a day?
Depends on type : A low carb diet might have 5-10% of calories as carbs. I am not big of counting calories but the biggest problem I have with your question is not all carbs are created equal- mimimize sugars/starches/simple carbs but complex carbs in veggies, beans, nuts and low-glycemic fruits do not need to be avoided. Sugar is toxic! and it's even worse if it's from high fructose corn syrup or gmo beets! ...Read more
I consume exactly 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per day, and it is my only source of fat. Would a total of 8 grams of saturated fat from just the olive oil be too much saturated fat per day?
Less: You will find the fewer carbs a day, the less Insulin you require. What matters more is that you are using enough Insulin to maintain very good control of sugars. You should also be consistent with carbs. Be realistic, dont eat nothing and be miserable, but it is also dangerous to eat too much then too little carbs which causes high highs and low lows. T1 diabetic with good sugar control. What is the max amount of water you should drink per day ? Been drinking about a gallon per day to stay healthy.
Water intake: Hi. There is a lot of opinion stated as fact regarding water intake. Most of everything you drink is water (juice, milk, beer, soda, whatever; exception-distilled liquor). As a type 1, you should avoid sweet drinks unless you're treating a low. Drink enough to not be dehydrated! Varies with ambient temp, humidity, and activity level. Try to keep urine clear to light; darker urine = need more H2O. ...Read more

I had 1, 200 calories in a day and 27g fiber. Is that too much fiber for a low calorie count if that's all in a day?
Carbohydrates: 27 grams of carbohydrates is 108 calories. This is well below the 25% threshold one should stick to in a properly balanced diet. If you are getting more than 27 grams of carbohydrates in general you can multiply each gram by four calories to get your total count. Ideally one should be under 25% of total calories for carbohydrates. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
