Use DVDs: You've got a terrific start with all that equipment! i'm a huge fan of p90, p90x and related dvds as they are holistic and cycle through resistance, aerobic and endurance workouts. Dbs and a mat should be more than enough..The treadmill for climbing (spare the joints!) can provide some variety to your aerobic training.
