During 2 years i began being ovolacto vegetarian not in standard way.Now i'm not.And i think I have hypoglycemia now.Is this because of those 2 years?
Probably not unless: I have no idea what you mean "not in a standard way" which makes this difficult to answer. We often can't find the cause of hypoglycemia but one cause can be eating excessive amounts of sweets ; simple starches so if that was the case during those 2 years it may have contributed.
