2 Months Mdl Sprain Till Sore
I had a severe sprain and it's been almost two months and my ankle is still sore to the touch and pops every now and then. Is it not getting better?

I sprained my left ankle a couple months ago, is it is it bad that my right ankle is now very sore?
Depends: The right ankle may be sore due to compensation for the left ankle sprain. It is important to stabilize the left ankle so less stress is born by the right ankle. A walking boot or ankle brace would help in this matter. See specialist if sprained ankle does not improve after 3 weeks. It may mean a ligament tear or fracture has occurred. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
