Slightly above norm: Bleeding during pregnancy does put you at slightly increased risk. Wean off Subutex in pregnancy ok'd.WorldHealthOrg: "1st trimstr = inc rsk miscarry, 3rd = rsk preterm labor". Is 2nd tri then safest option for fetus?
Highly variable: The biggest risk in coming off a maintenance drug for opioid addiction is NOT the harm to the fetus as much as it is the harm to the mother - relapse. Lmp 5/1, positive hpt 3/2, bhcg 2063 7/2. Dating scan yesterday revealed yolk sac only, no heartbeat dated at 6 weeks only ? Missed miscarriage?
Another BHCG: The best way to know what is going on with the pregnancy it to have another bhcg level drawn. The number should double every 48 hours. If it is staying the same or declining the pregnancy is probably not going to continue. If it is on the rise then perhaps the ultrsound was just too early to detect the gestational sac and heartbeat. ...Read more

You expect to ovulate no sooner than 2 weeks after the loss, and the test usually doesn't turn positive for 10 days. ...Read more
