See below: There are yogurts, or kefir's that children usually like. Whole grain pasta, cheeses, fruits, veggies, meats (not processed). Keep meal times the same and try to eat together (if possible). Offer the same or very similar food to your toddler, but also have 1 things that he likes in case he refuses to eat. Not enough: The question is why won't you eat anything else? This is clearly not enough nourishment for a day and will not supply the necessary calories and nutrients that you need, no owned ypu feel tired and weak.
