To lose weight alone: you need 2 decrease caloric intake. A well balanced diet can do this. If you add an exercise program that includes cardio 1 day & a weight lifting on 2nd day and so on you will lose weight, but a program that includes hard work outs,while you lose fat you will gain muscle mass & strength & look more fit.
