Unlikely to happen: At eighteen your growth centers have likely closed ; little if any more growth is likely.Keep active ; a healthy diet but don't expect to grow much taller. If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist ; hand can be analysed for bone maturity ; tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth. No special exercises, diet or meds will make a difference if your growth centers are closed. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I have been growing 1 inch per year since last 3 years and I am still growing. I am 5'8'' now, 18, how many more inches am I likely to add?
I'm close to 5'7. Turned 18 4 months ago, grown about an inch in last 8 months, am I still growing?
Difficult to tell.: But at 18, you have probably reached your full adult height. If you had delayed puberty and only recently started having a growth spurt, then you MIGHT grow a bit taller. Best advice is to be happy with whatever height you become and OWN it. If you are truly worried about it, you may see a doctor who can evaluate your development and determine better. healthtap.com/saurbornmd ...Read more

BONE AGE: you probably may have finished growing, however, your pediatrician is the best one to determine if there is any growth potential left. He can do a Xray of your hand called a BONE AGE, it will tell if there is any room for growth or if the bones have matured already. Good Luck ...Read more
