18 30 Years Old
I've been dealing with major chronic stress since I was 14. Am 18 now. Can this biologically make me 30-40 years old? I feel washed up already.

Many causes: True hot flashes are most common in menopause, yet the average age for that is 51. There are rare cases of premature menopause and a simple blood test and menstrual history can determine that. You are probably at or near your maximum height. Genetics and environment (high quality diet) both contribute to your height.
Diet would have a larger effect on children younger than you (and it is usually a decrease in growth due to malnutrition or poor diet, as opposed to increased growth due to excellent diet).

May be too late but:
I'm sorry to tell you most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone may help, but if your growth plates have closed (like many 18 yo's) then you've reached your max.
