No.: The recommendations for tylenol (acetaminophen) dosing have been ratcheted down in recent years. In the 90s, we dosed fairly freely by patient weight. In the 2000s, the limit was 4000mg/day. Now, the talk is that 3000mg per day is a better maximum.
