This is probably a range of dates, and not really a concrete date. You really need to see all the indices. Does a pelvic ultrasound have to be transvaginal to show a 13 weeks pregnancy? Or can it be a normal pelvic ultrasound
Depends: If your uterus is tilted backwards and your doctor wishes to do a detailed anatomy look specially at the nuchal translucency area, than a transvaginal ultrasound will give more details. If it is just to check heart beat or placenta or just of remeasuring growth than a normal pelvic ultrasound should suffice. Discuss with your doctor. What does it means when a doctor finds that a woman is bleeding through a urine exam test at and check up at 13 weeks of pregnancy?
13 weeks pregnant and woke up this morning with some light brown spotting. No cramps, no red blood and had an ultrasound 6 days ago that showed a healthy baby boy. Do I need to go to my OB for a check up today? Or should I just monitor the situation?

No.: Do not take Clotrimazole in pregnancy (class c - animal side-effects noted). I cannot think why anyone would prescribe Clotrimazole in pregnancy - seek a second opinion for your condition. If you are talking about oral fluconazole, it may be taken as a one time 150 mg dose with appropriate counseling (fetal risks exist). No it shouldn't: Please call your OB so they can tell you what they want you to take, if u wee my pt, I would tell you extra vit c, tylenol (acetaminophen) if a temp, and plain Claritin if the sinuses are stuffy and throat lozenges with zinc and plain robituusin, if u start coughing up sputum that is not clear you may need antibiotics for a bronchitis, etc, but if it stays clear then no. ...Read more
