Is 1200 mcg of folic acid a day too much? I have righ risk HPV and an abnormal pap. Is this an okay dose for a short period of time to get rid of hpv

Totally safe!: Folic acid is considered quite safe, in fact doses up to 15, 000 mcg/day are given for certain conditions and see well-tolerated. High doses of folate (folic acid) can mask B12 deficiency so it is wise to take B12 too. High Folic Acid may reduce zinc absorption so you might take zinc too. 1/3 of people can't convert Folic Acid to the active l-5-mthf so taking that form may be esp. Beneficial. ...Read more

Totally safe: There is no known toxic dose of folic acid.
However, 30% of people can't convert Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate (l-5-mthf) so those people are far better off taking a supplement with l-5-mthf. ...Read more

Please help me I'm feeling weekness in my body, so can I consume Elemental iron 70 MG+Folic acid 400 MCG+Succinic acid 210 MG capsule i.e tonoferon sf?
