Realistic goal: Develop life style changes that lead to better health & weight regulation rather than focus on weight loss itself. Fewer calories?: It sounds like you've been working hard and you are probably making more progress than you realize so don't give up! Circuit training is a great weight loss tool. I would focus on your calories "in" now. If you are not losing weight, chances are your calories (no matter how healthy) are still too high for you to lose weight. ER: The er is not the place in which to begin a diagnostic evaluation for a 3 week illness that your doctor is uncertain about. If the doctor is not continuing an investigation to find the cause of these disturbing symptoms then perhaps they can refer to someone more specialized for further assessment. You need a diagnostician, not an er doctor who will simply refer you on. ...Read more

Worried i was losing weight because of another reason but i had changes my diet and was exercising. Went bk to old diet no loss in 2 weeks. Am i ok?

Yes: This is simple arithmetic. If you are taking in more calories than you are consuming you will gain weight, and to the contrary if you're taking in less you will lose weight. If you want to lose more weight then either eat less or exercise more and burn more calories. Otherwise no problem. Keep up the good work. Am impressed at your dedication. ...Read more
