What are side effects of low dose taxol with herceptin every week for 12 weeks I have stage 4 kidney disease and am concerned?

What are side effects of low dose taxol with herceptin every week for 12 weeks I have stage 4 kidney disease and am concerned?

Yes, but...: Has your stage-4 kidney disease occurred before or after Herceptin with low dose of taxol? Herceptin is known to have significant adverse effects on to the kidneys and Taxol is not. So, it is good idea to ask your treating doctor for the specific profile possibly fitting you since s/he knows more about you than anyone online and will monitor your kidney function while receiving Herceptin. Best....

Yes its a good alter: If your husband has allergy to Taxol, (paclitaxel) then using Abraxane as an alternative is a good decision. This treatment works well in about half (50%) of the patients, not in the others. You will know within 6 to 8 weeks of chemotherapy treatments.

My daughter is 8 weeks old and she is colicky. Does biogaia treatment help and does it have any side effects or is it just probiotics.

My daughter is 8 weeks old and she is colicky. Does biogaia treatment help and does it have any side effects or is it just probiotics.

Probiotics: The product is probiotics and is expensive. Many products have been used to treat colic but it seems like time or maturation of the bowel is the cure. Have your baby checked to make sure you are not dealing with any other problem, such as reflux. Look at the website purplecrying. Info All the best.
