Maybe not.: If your breath smells like feces, this could mean that you have something more serious than a stomach virus, like a partial obstruction. If you are taking Imodium (loperamide) stop it! This can cause your intestines to stop working temporarily if you do have a virus and cause symptoms like an obstruction. See a doc today and get checked. Food Poisoning: Vomiting is the body's response to food poisoning as it attempts to rid itself of the toxin or bacteria. I wouldn't suggest attempting medication at this time. Even something mild like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Mylanta is likely to induce more vomiting at this time.
