Virus: No one has a crystal ball. Sounds like you may be past the initial wave but I would still take it slow with food. Start with sips of liquid or ice chips and see how you do over the next few hours. Then try "full" liquids for a bit before you go back to normal food. Many possibilities: Your symptoms are too vague to adequately trim down large number of possible causes. Drug side effects, pregnancy, viral syndrome, etc can cause your complaints. Go see your family doc for further evaluation. Dehydration from stomach bug could cause symptoms. So could persistent stomach issues eg perhaps not just a simple infection, perhaps anemia from ulcer.
