Exercise regularly but not in late pm. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized & finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Sure: The risk with bowling is failing as the lanes are slick. At 11 weeks a fall isn't likely going to be an issue. Your baby is well protected. Later because of balance issues it might be a good idea to avoid bowling or just change your approach.
