11 Month Old Baby Twists And Turns Before Sleeps
11 month old baby gets up once a night for a bottle. How do I break this habit and get her to sleep through the night?
Gradual reduction: If you begin reducing the volume of the night feed & shift over to water, you will eliminate the "feeding clock" effect that gets baby up for a feed. Within 2 wks you should have a baby that may alert at night but won't be trained to seek a meal & should be able to self settle in the night. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Monitor baby carefully for blue and cold fingers and toes. Don't use too many blankets.
