I have been taking 200 mcg of B6 and 1000 mcg of B12 on a daily basis for some time now. Is this safe/beneficial to do along with a multivitamin?

Talk to your doctor: First if you are taking zinc as there's an upper limit you can take per day, (and it has to be balanced with copper too.) Both needed in trace amounts. So this may be safer in a multivitamin formulation unless you are specifically low dietarily in these supplements. B12 is taken sublingually for maximum benefit taken separately. Gum bleeding was gone with 7- B12 inj 500 mcg daily. After the loading dose, it started again. Taking sublingual. But does not help? Cause of Gum bleding?

B12 not toxic:
There is no known toxicity to vitamin b12; high doses have never been shown to cause harm. There's a limit to how much you can absorb- it you take 500 mcg (& maybe 6000) about 10 mcg is absorbed. It sounds like you're having a panic attack, though your current symptoms could be caused by low blood sugar or an allergic reaction.
