Should see doctor: A recurrent fever of 102 is high. There has to be an infection that needs to be treated especially after 10 days. The throat tightness has to be evaluated so as not to close off completely. Esr just mean inflammation. Likely anxiety...but: Without knowing more about your physical symptoms, it's difficult to say. Getting basic labwork and a physical exam is a good idea. But, anxiety is known to cause weight loss and is much more common than any type of cancer. Be sure to follow-up about medications. No Allegra (fexofenadine): Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec (cetirizine) are pregnancy category B medications which means that animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus.
