How can a heavy opiate addict of 9 years quit cold turkey?

Sometimes some medications can be used to help with opiate cravings. All solid zirconium that support span of 4 unit bridge covering teeth 11 to 14 broke after 10 weeks. Previous porc bridge also broken. Causes/options?

Likely clenching/grinding without occlusal guard/compliance . See the expert in reconstruction - Prosthodontist. Consider 2 crowns and 2 implants (12,13) with crowns and bite correction (lower arch). good luck. ...Read more

I'm 10w pregnant & I've allergy that keeps getting worse sneezing itching ears & throat congestion & the PA told me i can take allegra (fexofenadine) ! Is it safe?

No Allegra (fexofenadine): Claritin (loratadine) and Zyrtec (cetirizine) are pregnancy category B medications which means that animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus. I frequently use these medications with my pregnant patients. Allegra (fexofenadine) is category C so I would avoid this medication and stick with the ones listed above.
