It may be related to sudden drop in blood pressure, being overly tired, hungry, thirsty, etc. If that's the only symptoms and it was not associated with irregular heart activity or seizure activity (shaking, etc), most likely it is benign. Temperature: Your body temperature varies from very early in the morning when it is low (35.5 c is low) to late in the day when it goes up as high as about 37.8 c.
