I had my first IUI 5 days ago and starting yesterday I am having terrible lower back cramps on my right side. Should I be concerned?

Had hCG on 12/17 an IUI on 12/18 had cramps on days 1, 3, 8 post hCG so far with nothing in between, is this normal? Could something be wrong? Pregnant?
Normal: As long as the cramps are very mild it can be normal. You should call your doctor if they persist, get worse or are associated with other symptoms such as pain with urination or bowel problems. ? early cramps: The most likely answer is early menstrual cramping for an unsuccessful cycle. That said, almost anything goes in these cycles in regards to cramping and bleeding. Early pregnancy is plagued by similar complaints. Only time will tell and your pregnancy test will give more information. There is nothing you can do to change the outcome. My be: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex.
