Till what age does wrist circumference increase? 20, wrist size 6.7 inches, height 173 cm, ankle 8.9 inches.

Varies somewhat: The mechanism by which the circumference of the wrist increases includes the growth of the bones that make up the wrist, the joint spaces in the wrist, and also the soft tissues of the wrist as well. Bone growth in males can vary quite a bit anywhere usually between 14 and 21. Muscle and tendon size vary with use. Even elderly patients can have increase in wrist circumference due to arthritis. ...Read more

Will lifting weights burn your arm fat?

Will lifting weights burn your arm fat?

Depending on what: Type of weight lifting you are doing, it may bulk up arm muscles or tone them but it will not specifically cause you to lose fat on your arms. Alternatively, might wonder about deeper nerves traversing inguinal canal. Rarely, see involvement of ilioinguinal or genitofemoral. Did EMG directly examine lat femoral and compare side to side? Which type of walking reduce body fat fast ? Slow walking to 1hr or speed walking to1/2hr (eg; 3.0 speed at treadmill to 1hr or 5.4 speed to 1/2hr)

Which type of walking reduce body fat fast ? Slow walking to 1hr or speed walking to1/2hr (eg; 3.0 speed at treadmill to 1hr or 5.4 speed to 1/2hr)

Weight loss: It is not about the type of walking but rather the calories burned. Using your example you will have walked 3 miles in one hour slow walking and 2.7 miles in a 1/2 hour fast walking. Because you went farther slow walking you would have burned more calories and therefore, lost more weight from the longer walk. ...Read more
