? colic: This may be a form of colic versus food intolerance. Both can involve lots of gas and discomfort. If your baby is breast fed, then i would remove all dairy form your diet for a trial of a week. If taking formula, would try one that may be gentler. Also in the US, we are using probiotiics for upset tummies in babies. See if you can find Gerber colic drops, or the equivalent. Hope this helps ...Read more

Well...: I guess you could but they are treating two different things. Colief is just lactase and used to treat lactose intolerance. Some people think colic is transient lactose intolerance. Infacol is simethicone. There are no known interactions between these two medications. Good luck to you. Colic is tough to deal with it. But remember, it does eventually pass.
