Definitely NO: The only one of those foods that has ANY Vitamin A is eggs and 1 egg has only 8% the recommended daily intake of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is only found in foods of animal origin. OK- healthier if...: This has potential but i advise choosing organic yogurt;conventional brands like activia are from cows fed gmo corn & given antibiotics & rbgh(bovine growth hormone)-avoid! the same applies to eggs. NOT healthy at all!: I have no idea what jacob's is but everything else your eating is bread/ starches. The healthiest diet (for both weight loss and good health) is to eat mostly vegetables & fruits with healthy protein and to minimize starch.
