Questrionble: Lymph nodes as you describe only appear in armpit but very high or deep in adjacent to the axillary vein. If this is an area above the armpit is it a lesion in the msucle region of the pectoralis which makes up the medial wall of the axilla. Here one can hve fibromas or lipaomas. Should be ok: Lymph nodes typically enlarge when they are fighting infection. The nodes in your neck may have gotten larger bc of some recent cold or sore throat.
