I have vaginismus and when i have an orgasm it feels good at first but then it really hurts? why is this? how do i fix it?

Consider: That many with vaginismus cannot have intercourse. One treatment, if this is the case, are vaginal dilatory. Pain with orgasm, if recent, may be due to infection of the bladder or even the uterus but this is an unusual issue. Consider seeing your gyn, orgasm pain, like other gyn pain, may improve with birth control. Good luck.
