What does out mean if my boyfriend says his dick burns inside?

Dr. Simon Kimm answered

Urethritis.: Many things can cause dysuria, which is a pain or burning sensation during voiding. A common cause is infection: infections such as gonnorrhea or chalmydia, or urinary tract infections caused by e. Coli and others. Other causes: chemical irritation from soaps, lotions, or spermicide; vigorous sex, masturbation, & ejaculation. Seek evaluation: urine testing can reveal the diagnosis.

He : He may be dealing with a fungal infection aka jock itch (tinea cruris). An over the counter anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole should help if this is in fact the problem. On the other hand, if the small red bump persists, or is very painful there may be something else going on like a genital wart, herpetic lesion, or bacterial infection (abscess). I suggest he try the Clotrimazole first, and if that does not work see a doctor.
Best of luck and happy new year.

A 36-year-old member asked:
Is there an effective treatment for frictional burns on the penis?
1 doctor answer • 2 doctors weighed in

Dr. George Klauber answered
Specializes in Pediatric Urology
Try Bacitracin: Don't know how you got the frictional burn & assume it isn't serious or else would got immediate medical attention. Thus a little vaseline based antibiotic ointment should take care of this problem.

Since we: Can't see it or hear what it sounds like on the internet, i would advise you to have your doctor take a look at it when it's visible. He can listen as well.
