Around $5000: Definitely tubal ligations can be reversed. Doctors charge usually between $4500-8000. You would need to see an infertility specialist (rei) doctor. The procedure doesn't take days, only hours to complete. At 33 most doctors would recommend that. As women get older, many rei's would recommend go straight to ivf, but at 33 reversal seems like much better option. Good luck!

Agree for sure, but also consider success of tubal reversal (BTA) depends greatly on "type" of tubal ligation: Pomeroy and tubal clips/rings are generally good candidates, extensive use of cautery, fimbriectomy, cornual ligations mostly give poor results.
