No bleeding : No bleeding with Depo-Provera is expected, white discharge is not... If its bothering you have your doctor check it out.

Should I be concerned that my skin has been itching throughout my pregnancy?

Yes: Most of the time this is related to dry skin in pregnancy, but there is a condition called cholestasis of pregnancy that could be the culprit. Cholestasis can be very concerning and can cause problems for the baby. Itchiness without a rash in pregnancy needs to be evaluated by your doctor. There's a lab test for bile acids that can be done to look for cholestasis.

Should I be concerned about dark brown vaginal discharge in the first trimester?

Yes: Dark brownish vaginal discharge in 1 trimester is usually related to the implantation of the baby's placenta into the wall of the uterus. As long as the HCG and Progesterone levels are ok, and you have a normal sonogram i wouldn't be concerned.

Yes: Most of the reasons are not serious such as dry skin or pupps. But a more serious but rare cause is cholestasis of pregnancy. There is no rash and the hands and feet itch the most.

Get tested : Yeast infections & bacterial vaginosis are nonsexually transmitted vaginal infections which are common in pregnancy. If you are having vaginal discharge you should should be tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia & trichomoniasis. Some women will have excess vaginal discharge without having an infection from the hormonal changes of pregnancy. Many also leak small amounts of urine during pregnancy.

My skin itches so bad i've started to bleed. What would be the best way to treat my itchy skin?

Antihistamines: If you are pregnant and itching that badly you need to see your care provider to rule out possibly serious conditions such as cholestasis of pregnancy. If serious conditions are ruled out than you can try antihistamines such as Claritin zyrtec or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as well as oatmeal baths like aveeno and emollient skin creams such as eucerin. Make sure your air is well humidified as well
