Bc pills: Normally, you would take 3 weeks of bc pills and then 1 week of sugar pills. You start your period because you stopped the bc pills, so the answer to your questions is "yes", you can stop bc pills to start your period earlier, but... The lining of your uterus must grow first, so if you had a period and want to have another one, withdrawing bc pills won't help because the lining has grown yet.
