My only symptoms are frequent urination, urine culture shows not a uti, could it be a std.. is it possible to have a std and have no vaginal discharge?

When in doubt, check: Early stage std has no symptoms at all. Vaginal discharge and abnormal urination are not always present in cases of std. If std is suspected, the best approach is to have an examination and test. A young female like yourself should have std screening once a year, even you don't have symptom.
