Penicious anemia: Pernicious anemia can be presented with numbness and tingling, memory problem, loss of cocnentration, fatigue etc. I do not know however if it will give you only problem with loss of sensation to the genitalia area only. I doubt that it is caused by pernicious anemia mainly. Your problem is more complicated than just pernicious anemia in my opinion-it involves both physical and emotional aspects.
