Here's an idea: Congratulations on moving closer to being an adult, and especially on your decision to keep yourself as clean as you can for that one special person on that one special night. At puberty, the changes in your body are tremendously exciting in themselves; at your age, may be longing for a relationship which will bring you a far deeper level of satisfaction. Eager to hear other healthtap member ideas.

A few more ideas -- Have you tried supplementing with zinc and arginine? Waiting a few days between ejaculations, or even going as long as you can without? If Dad's a reasonable guy, talking with him? Are you taking any medications? A lighter grip and edging -- holding off as long as possible? Holding the nicest possible thoughts -- a bright future with a perfect partner? Even Aristotle mentioned that when a guy hits his twenties, ejaculation can be uncomfortable for a time.
