It is possible: It is possible but unlikely. Depo-Provera is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. Usually with Depo you do not have periods and do not ovulate so this prevents pregnancy. If you think that you may be pregnant please take a pregnancy test.

Usually a few months: After the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) wears off, (3 months) you may ovulate the next month, but it usually takes a few months for ovulation to begin again.

Yes: No birth control method is perfect, except for hysterectomy. So yes, you can get pregnant. Usually best to use two methods of birth control, in your case maybe Depo-Provera plus condoms.
