If you were my: Patient in coral springs, fl., i would do a culture for many different organisms , probably more than what was checked for, including std and non std bacteria, i would do a colposcopy of cervix to make sure u do not have chronic cervicitis and to make sure no problems in endocervical canal and do an ultrasound to check the endometrium and u may need an office hysteroscopy that would be complete.

Just started birth control again. There is clearish fluid discharging from breasts. What could it be?

Probably nothing: Birth control pills are known to cause hormonal resets in a woman's body. Breast is hormone regulated organ, so that is no surprise you are reacting the way you are. Chances are with the next cycle you may not have any, although, i did have patients who were lactating all along. In that case, i'd check prolactin level and rule out other causes for lactation.

Granulation tissue: Vaginal cuff(the area where the vagina was closed after hysterectomy) granulation tissue, or erosion or abrasions of this site can cause the problem. Have a gyn md examine this area and sometimes this can be identified and treated with a siver nitrate stick applied to the area to help it heal.

Expected: Implanon/nexplanon is known to cause irregular bleeding. Expect this for the first few months and expect it to decrease over time & eventually you should have lighter and more regular cycles. Take care.
