Genital bumps: No STD is a likely cause bumps in the pubic area; that sounds like pimples or folliculitis, especially if you shave your pubic area. The ones on the penis might be different. See a doctor to evaluate things like genital warts, molluscom contagiosum, or just normal skin bumps (such as Fordyce spots). (Herpes is posssible if the "bumps" quickly become blisters, then sores, then heal over 1-2 weeks.)
