I have thick white discharge that smells and tastes sour, i do not have pain or itching, its more discharge than i think is normal, i have tested negative for stds, bv and thrust and have had the same partner for two years and hes got no problems?

Vaginitis?: Amount and character of vaginal fluid can vary widely. I don't know how to interpret "sour" odor. If fishy, maybe reevaluate for BV, but sour taste is reassuring: it suggests your vaginal fluid is acidic, which is normal and makes BV unlikely. With no irritation or itching likely nothing is wrong. If still concerned, recheck with doctor and ask about desquamative interstitial vaginitis (DIV).
