Hi. i've went to the gp and gynecologist. i've had a pap smear and a biopsy. they can't find anything wrong. but my vulva keeps on burning. the whole day. i looked now and saw some white spots in the inside of my vagina not sure if that's normal.

Persistent vulvitis: There are other possible causes for your symptoms that a PAP and cervical biopsy may not detect. If you have had Herpes infection in the vulva/genital area, it an cause the burning sensation - sometimes even without a rash. Treatment with oral medication is available. The white spots could be yeast (or Candida), easily treated. An office collection of these spots could confirm for treatment
